Made from 100% recycled HDPE, these plastic sheets are vibrant and durable, and are available in a range of thicknesses (4mm-25mm+).
 
What are they used for, you ask? LOTS of things. Here are just a few....
Cafe table tops, shelving, lampshades and light art, artwork, boxes and containers, pot plant holders, cutting boards, clipboards, splashbacks, jigsaw puzzles, photo frames, air hockey pucks, stool tops, clocks and so much more!
 
The HDPE sheets machine well with standard woodworking tools such as bandsaws and routers, and work great with a CNC or waterjet cutter.
 
Things to note:
Sheet size: 575mm x 575mm to 590mm x 590mm (depending on shrinkage)
Sheets are rough around the edges, so will need processing
Thickness may vary +-1.0mm from your specifications
Not to be used outdoors for extended periods of time
Not recommended for continual contact with food
Colours vary slightly - especially allow for small flakes of foreign colour
 
Understanding applications for different thicknesses:
4mm - decorations, wall art, lampshades (1kg)
6mm - wall art, splashbacks, clocks, lampshades (2kg)
12mm - boxes (4kg)
18mm - stools, table tops, shelving (5kg)
20mm - table tops, very rigid and sturdy (6kg)
*These thicknesses and uses are ony a guide; we can make sheets 10mm thick, for example.
